Powered by aftercare company The Restory, Farfetch Fix offers a bespoke repair and restoration service that seeks to return designer shoes, handbags and small leather goods to their former glory for UK customers, reports ILM


Through Farfetch Fix, customers can help extend the life of their items by booking a collection through The Restory’s online booking form. Once items are received in the atelier, a quote is sent via email for customer approval before the work begins. Upon completion of the restoration, The Restory returns the items at a time and to a place convenient for the customer. Cleaning and standard repairs typically take 5 – 15 business days, while bespoke services such as stitching, colour and leather restoration take longer.
