What is LeadGrab by Informa?

LeadGrab is the official lead scanning mobile application at APLF 2024, which helps exhibitors easily capture and manage contact information of their booth visitors during the exhibition. Exhibitors can simply scan a visitor’s exhibition badge with their own smartphone to instantly get the visitor’s profile details.

How does it work?

  1. Scan the Visitor’s QR Code: Use LeadGrab on your mobile phone to scan the QR code on the visitor’s event badge to obtain their personal information.
  2. Add Personalised Notes: Type detailed notes about the visitor and upload business cards to each lead record.
  3. Tag Sales Leads: Use the tag function to add important labels to your sales leads, providing important data for your subsequent sales follow-up and marketing efforts.
  4. Export Your Data: View all your captured leads in real time and download into a spreadsheet that can be uploaded easily to your CRM system.
