Mr Neil Wright has over 15 years’ experience in footwear and orthotics across a number of industries and roles, including Sales Manager and Product Innovation roles with Vasyli Orthaheel (Orthotics, footbeds and leisure footwear) and Steel Blue (Safety footwear).
Neil is now the National Sales Manager (Australia and New Zealand) for Kamu Safety, a recent entrant to the safety footwear market with a determined and differentiated focus on using innovative design and materials to improve comfort and performance for wearers. Neil has a passion and curiosity for developing and finding new and improved technologies, and has worked on many commercialised projects with new materials such as graphene and advanced closed cell polyurethanes.
Neil has global experience on collaborations with leading material and design houses to with a focus on improved biomechanical function of footwear.
In his spare time Neil is heavily involved in coaching his two sons sporting teams and enjoys camping, fishing and cooking.
