It has been announced that the French Leather Council (CNC – Conseil National du Cuir) has taken the decision to rebrand itself as the Alliance France Cuir (AFCuir), or French Leather Alliance in English.
The reason for the change is to avoid confusion in France with other entities that use the initials CNC. The National Cinema Centre and the National Consumer Council are just two examples.
A new website will be launched and soon new elections for president, as current executive Frank Boehly will be stepping down.
We bring leather, material and fashion businesses together: an opportunity to meet and greet face to face. We bring them from all parts of the world so that they can find fresh partners, discover new customers or suppliers and keep ahead of industry developments.
We organise a number of trade exhibitions which focus on fashion and lifestyle: sectors that are constantly in flux, so visitors and exhibitors alike need to be constantly aware both of the changes around them and those forecast for coming seasons.
