Thes leathers are available in a variety of colours and can be completely customised depending on client-specific requirements. We enhance the natural beauty of leather with high-level product engineering: our wax and oil finishes are plated, milled and ironed to bring out the depth and unique character of our New Zealand hides.

All of our industrial footwear leathers are designed to meet EN/ISO 20345:2011 and AS/NZS 2210.3:2009 Australasian Specification for Safety Footwear standards, ensuring they are tough enough to take whatever the workplace throws at them.

Aviation

We take pride in Tasman’s aviation leather, which is designed to meet the stringent safety standards required in the aviation industry. Our aviation leather is certified to meet FAR/CS-25.853(a) and has passed a 12-second vertical burn test, making it safe and reliable for use in aircraft. Tasman aviation leather is also resistant to abrasion, making it durable and long-lasting.
