Specialist auction house Artcurial will hold another of its luxury handbag events in Monte Carlo on July 21, writes Leatherbiz.
The Paris-based auction house holds a number of events of this kind per year and has done for almost two decades. In that time, it has built up a high level of expertise on rare handbags, specialising in the major French luxury brands, Hermès in particular.
Highlights it has in store for the July event include a Kelly Sellier 28 bag from Hermès, “perfect for daytime and evening use”, according to Artcurial. The auction has said this bag’s gold colour makes it suitable to combine with any outfit in any season.
