Royal Smit & Zoon has been a contributor to the ZDHC since 2018 and strongly supports their mission to create a supply chain towards safer chemistry. In 2019, our first products were certified according to the ZDHC Conformance Level 3 and since then we included our key range in this program.

ZDHC Conformance Level 3 achievement and goals:
– 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘀: 𝟴𝟮%
– 2022 goal: 85%
– 2025 goal: >90%

We adapt our solutions to make leather fit in the movement of brands, consumers and tanneries towards sustainable and circular materials.
