Gucci Head of Industrial Operations to leave the brand

Gucci’s Head of Industrial Operations for leather goods, footwear and jewellery will reportedly leave the company after 23 years, writes ILM.

A source told Fashion Network that Massimo Rigucci will depart the brand in mid-January 2024, with rumours pointing to Prada’s Head of Industrial Operations Massimo Vian as his successor.

Vian will leave Prada at the end of November 2023 to take a broader role at Gucci, but his arrival will be followed by organisational changes at the brand, the source said.

“Ever since [Creative Director] Alessandro Michele’s departure, heads have continued to roll,” the source told Fashion Network.
