The EU Commission today announced that it is proposing an extra 12-month phasing in time for EUDR. If approved by the European Parliament and the Council, it would make the law applicable for large companies on 30th December 2025 and 30th June 2026 for micro and small enterprises.

It has also announced the publication of additional guidance documents and a stronger international cooperation framework to support global stakeholders.
