The Next Leather Fashion Designers is an initiative jointly organised by APLF and Simona Tanning, aimed at nurturing young design talents in Vietnam and promoting sustainable use of genuine leather within fashion education.
Through this collaboration, Simona Tanning donates high-quality leather materials and an 8-day Simona Leather Academy to support students’ design and product development projects. The programme provides a valuable opportunity for students to experiment with professional-grade leather, develop practical skills, and understand the creative and technical potential of this natural material.
