Motive? The company (as reported by Reuters) has refused to disburse the welfare amount of about 600 euros, provided for in the supplementary contract in place while negotiations for the renewal are underway.

The 2025 welfare bonus was provided for in the 2022-2024 agreement.

The dispute, which involves employees scattered throughout the country, remains open at the moment (as reported by MF Fashion). The threat of a real strike remains on the table, but has not yet been formalized. In the meantime, the company has not yet released any statements.
