Driven by the changing eating habits of the new generation of Chinese consumers, we have higher requirements for health and food taste, writes Francis Tsang of the ChromeFree Leather Alliance.

 

 

Generation Z has gradually become the mainstream of beef consumption. We have healthier lifestyles and eating habits than the traditional generation. This also makes beef, healthy food with high-quality protein, vitamins, and minerals, perfectly cater to our preferences.


As far as I know, no animals are killed for leather production. Naturally, hides come from animals raised for food. This accounts for 99% of the world’s leather. Leather is a natural by-product.
