Katie Kutskill, Technical Director of the Sustainable Leather Foundation (SLF), will delve into the effective use of ESG in the first presentation of the webinar ‘Futureproofing the Leather Supply Chain’, writes ILM.

Taking place on November 23 at 2pm CET (1pm GMT), this event will be hosted and moderated by SLF Managing Director Deborah Taylor and sponsored by Stahl.

Kutskill will discuss why, in a world where we are inundated with new sustainability acronyms and terms, one of the most crucial to know how to use effectively is ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance).

She will explain that by utilising traditional business targets, organisations can establish ESG metrics upfront, which enables the creation of simple and effective ways to reimagine their operational outputs and associated impacts.

About APLF

We bring leather, material and fashion businesses together: an opportunity to meet and greet face to face. We bring them from all parts of the world so that they can find fresh partners, discover new customers or suppliers and keep ahead of industry developments.

We organise a number of trade exhibitions which focus on fashion and lifestyle: sectors that are constantly in flux, so visitors and exhibitors alike need to be constantly aware both of the changes around them and those forecast for coming seasons.
