No restructuring. Just higher price tags \u2014 and total confidence that demand won\u2019t flinch.  <\/p><p><br><strong>This tells us three things about the state of luxury retail:<\/strong><br><br><\/p><ol><li>Brand power trumps inflation: When customers are willing to wait years for a Birkin, they\u2019ll absorb price hikes without hesitation.<\/li><li>Pricing is a shield: Luxury isn\u2019t volume-driven \u2014 it\u2019s margin-driven. Tariffs hit margins, and Herm\u00e8s is defending them with surgical precision. <\/li><li>Tariff resilience is a new competitive edge: In a fragmented, protectionist world, brands that control their pricing narrative stay in control of their growth.<\/li><\/ol><p><br>For Q1, Herm\u00e8s posted \u20ac4.1B ($4.66B) in sales \u2014 a 7% rise at constant currency. Not despite price hikes, but possibly because of them. Scarcity still sells.
