By <a href=\"https:\/\/footwearbiz.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Footwearbiz<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The move will reduce reliance on overseas production, with the proportion of UK-made shoes rising from 25% to 75%, according to reports by The Times. The shift comes as part of WoolOvers&#8217; new strategy to halt previous offshoring plans, ensuring greater quality control and creating jobs in Britain.<\/p>\n<p>WoolOvers&#8217; CEO, Mike Lester, cited strong consumer demand for locally made products, particularly for Hotter Shoes\u2019 focus on comfort and fit, popular among its older customer base.
