Young<\/em><\/p>\n<p><br>Global tariffs for shoe firms are going up by another five percent, and they could happen as early as this week. By Footwear News.<br>That was the word from U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent in an interview Wednesday with CNBC.
