It is a pity that our efforts and those of the entire sector to obtain and offer a material of excellence and sustainability are often &#8220;exploited&#8221; by companies that &#8211; although producing different materials &#8211; use the terminology (specifically the words &#8220;leather&#8221; appropriating an image and a definition that do not belong to them, creating confusion even in the final consumer, which has to extricate itself from unclear and misleading definitions.  <\/p>\n<p><br>The examples \u2013 unfortunately \u2013 we know well: &#8220;eco leather&#8221;, &#8220;vegan leather&#8221;, &#8220;ecological leather&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><br>Terms and definitions that cannot be heard or written.
