The deal, which includes processing plants and distribution centres in strategic locations, strengthens Minerva&#8217;s operations in Brazil, Argentina, and Uruguay. By <a href=\"https:\/\/leatherbiz.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Leatherbiz<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition, first announced earlier this year, has received all necessary regulatory approvals. According to CEO Fernando Galletti de Queiroz, the integration of Marfrig&#8217;s assets is expected to improve supply capabilities and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>Minerva, a significant exporter of fresh meat in South America, anticipates that the acquisition will enhance its export capabilities to markets in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
