The group said its strong performance had been driven by higher sales in Europe, the Americas, Japan, the Middle East and Africa. It said this had more than offset lower sales in the rest of Asia.<\/p><p><br \/>Sales in Europe were up by 42% year on year, while growth in Japan was 83%.
