And DAMF also confirmed that the risk of bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) in Ireland is in the status of negligible.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11204\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aplf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/BTC-logo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"127\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It is reported that, in May 2020, a dead cow with atypical case of BSE was found in Ireland. And then the GACC announced to suspend processing of beef import declaration from Ireland starting on May 22, 2020. It\u2019s been about half and one year since the suspension. After the new of Brazilian beef ban lifted in December 15, 2021, Ireland is eager for the embargo to be lifted as soon as possible.
